I orderd 2 pair of mens nike shoes as a gift for my son. the website says guaranteed deliver in 7 days, it was more like 20 days when he got his shoes. than should i have been surprised, the entire time i was talking to support tech, named angela, aka chen, aka the stockman, aka the manager i could never get a tracking number. i have over 6 hours of emails in one day trying to get an answer. now the shoes arrive, they were not even what was ordered. now since nov 1, i have been trying to get resolution, and the website states refund or... read full review »
