I was sent a bottle of foundation as a gift directly from Beauty.com and when I opened it, the bottle had obviously been used with fingerprints all over the black cap which were clearly visible. Called the company and they did send a replacement and a pick up label, but the customer service rep was not at all apologetic nor did she seem at all surprised. Does this company regularly send used items as new without many of its customers noticing? Seems disturbing. read full review »
