Again! There was a food mix up. It was not my register number, nor was I the runner or bagger. My boss started yelling at me . The people were rude to her she said. She told me in her words I SAW YOU RUN TO THE BACK WHEN THINGS STARTED GETTING HOT. I SAW YOU RUN AND HIDE!!! What I did was go to the back for lemons for a lady standing at the counter. From the first week I have had problems with a supervisor. I 63 years old and white. I know for MCDONALD'S I am a minority. Anywhere in this business I am a minority. I have been brought before other crew members and made to sit down and listen in front of customers how hard it is for me to learn to run the register.
