They made an unauthorized charge to my credit card on 11/28/09. I called the number on my bank statement and the lady that answer the phone stated that I made this purchase online on 10/27/09. This is not true because I was outside the country in Argentina for a month. I requested the IP address of the computer that made the purchased on that date and she refused. She offer to give e half of the money back but I refused because there are sealing my money. I already cancel my credit card and I am planing to make a police report. read full review »
