Evoiceservice, Inc. has been billing ATT customers in amounts from $7-20 (to go unnoticed by most). ATT has been aware of this fraud since at least April 2009 but still is allowing their customers to be robbed. I did not have a phone attached to our second line and that is the line I was billed for.
