I made a purchase online with Best Buy as a Silver Rewards customer, with free shipping, and had it shipped to another state as a Hoilday gift. I paid for the gift with a credit card and a gift card. It was not the right item, so I purchased another, this time paying cash at the store and taking it with me, , after I learned of the return policy. By the way, all the return details are on the receipts, you get AFTER you make the purchase. Holiday purchases have til Jan 31 they say to be returned.
