They post ads on Craigslist for rental properties that are available and then they do the bait and switch. They tell people, "why rent when you can own" They supposedly have a massive list of pre-foreclosure properties and get you into a home on a rent to own basis or a "subject to" basis. All of this is just a front, as they don't provide the service, they are just interested in getting your credit card number so they can charge you $40 per week. You'll never get what you ordered and when you try to cancel, no body will answer or return your call. This is a scam. My wife had to cancel her credit card to stop the charges. read full review »
