I ordered the GOld and Silver Tower (chocolate) gift basket for an elderly lady friend. Wine Country never sent it. I got online and had a live chat with their rep who said they were back ordered and not to worry - that the basket would arrive on time for Xmas. 3 days later still no notice of shipment.
