Despite more than 4 attempts now, GMAC Mortgage Servicing refuses to provide an escrow analysis or provide a management personnel to resolve our problem. Our records show that GMAC is withholding escrow dollars for paying our real estate taxes. They have finally answered in writing, simply stating that they are not withholding for taxes, even though the documents and amounts confirm that the amount they are withholding is WELL above the insurance amount required.
