I entered a contract with Global Crossing for toll free service. The rates where for under 0.02 per minute. Somehow 25% of my bill went to a default rate of $.05 & $.10, which obviously increased my costs. Global Crossing would do nothing about it. I've told them to cancel my contract, but i still get monthly reoccurring fees. GX has inhouse lawyers, so they fight anything. They are a bunch of liars. Also, my new carrier has less than 1% of the same traffic going to a default rate. read full review »
