I recently received a notice that there would be new changes to in my account. The letter stated that If one does not accept the changes we could contact World Financial Network National Bank via phone or mial. Well, to my surprise the number listed was nonworking number. The letter also specified that one had until January 28th 2010 to refuse the changes but the costumer neede to call or lwrite a request . it is absolutely not fair for the consumer to not be able to refuse changes because the contact information is incorrect.
