I should have looked up reviews of this company before I made an order. I ordered a single sweater on Dec. 2nd, contacted them on the 15th because it hadn't arrived, and today--the 22nd, 20 days after ordering, I got an email that it has finally shipped. I still don't have it! When I called on the 15th, the guy seemed bored, bothered and very disinterested, and simply told me it hadn't shipped yet, "Should get out this week." But it didn't.
