Fed up with trying to get this company to send me my product, so spent several hours doing some digging. Results are below for any of you who wish to take action against this company. Strongly suggest you file a complaint with the Attorney General's offices in Maine and your home state. Placed an order for $169.90 on 11/03/09. Payment posted to my bank account on 11/09/09. Haven't received product yet - phone attempts to resolve delivery problem listed below: 11/24/09 Was told it would take 4-6 weeks to process on-line orders. 12/04/09 Talked to Brian. Was told I didn't enter address on correct lines on computer - this is nonsense because the order confirmation I received had everything correct.
