My mother received a phone call from GRC almost forcibly asking for personal information such as place of business, and phone number, and home address for a daughter of a woman she knows. There was no information given to my mother as to why this information was needed, as per if it were for a job interview or such, and there was no personal information of this person suggested for verification, only the urgent need to gain personal information. How GRC knows my mother knows this person bothers me, as well as their persistence to gain access to her personal information without readily relaying the reason for why. read full review »
