I bought the magicjack to use when I travel or in my garage with my laptop. I carried it for the past year not using it because of my cell phone. I plug it in and it is deactivated. I tried to renew the device/contract but was unable to. I used the chat 4 days in a row each time being transferred to a higher level of service. Each time I was told that they were sending the info to the tech department and they would get back to me within a day. Still the device is deactivated after 9 days of waiting.
