After Broadview bought Brinks my system broke and was up-dated by them, I also had one up-grade which I was told would be $90 but that was $90hr and it took him 3hrs to install one additional motion sensor (I could have wired it up much faster) recently my home phone went out, after getting the phone company here they discovered that the lines are crossed in the system causing the phones to be dead, he AT&T Tech pointed out the wires in the box and explained it was on their end, gave me his cell in case they have any questions - when I... read full review »
