I purchased home waranty with American Home Warranty Company in April. I filed my first claim for the year in December - our heat is not working. There was a system that filed my claim. I was assigned a contractor and the contractor called me and told me that the earliest they can come and look at what is wrong is in 6 days. The temprature in our area runs to 35 degrees at night and I have young kids so I could not stay without heat for 6 days.
