We bought a home from these people in september 2009. When we signed the papers we asked why the interest rate was 10.25% instead of 6.25%. Our sales rep. told us that once the papers were signed and sent in to U.S. Bank that the interest rate would be changed. Well that never happened go figure. We have contacted their customer service center, and the BBB with no avail. The only other step is to go to HUD and get this staightned out.
