I am truly angered with Wells Fargo. I had 2 loans with them. When my income started to decrease, 1 loan and I agreed to a payment of $122 per month. As my income continued to decrease and I tried to work payment arrangements with my other Wells Fargo account, they were not willing to work with me. My options was to either pay the entire bill, settle on the debt (if I could I wouldn't be asking for a payment arrangement), or go to a debt management agency they recommend.
