I am a new JCPenny Credit Card customer / Account and have never been treated worse by a retailer. I opened a C.C. and a flexible payment account a few months back. I purchased $2, 000 on the account and made a first payment of $450. The second month the min was due on the 19th of Dec. So on the 19th I electronic checked a payment - received a confirmation. I received 4 calls that day (Due Date) asking me for payment.
