Received UGG boots that are obvious rip-off and having a hard time returning the product. Imagine opening your freshly delivered box of 2 pairs of Ugg boots only to be hit with a smell of a tire factory. In a matter of 15 minutes the entire room smelled like rubber. I know the smell of sheepskin/leather products and this was nothing like the UGG product I see and have purchased in many stores.
