I ordered an item online for almost $2000 and chose to pay upon delivery, which would explain why I got it almost immediately. It was total crap; I called to send it back. After numerous calls, emails, and faxes, I finally got a response with an RMA number and CRAZY instructions, clearly a deterrent. The package was signed for. The requested 30 days passed.
