I'm very disappointed in Ulta after my experiences with them. I went there and had my eyebrows done, I had an allergic reaction, which ok that's fine because I have sensitive skin. I bought some products from them, three of the products were on sale, upon review of my receipt when I got home they over charged me on each of the sale items. But the icing on the cake was tonight.
