Do not be suckered into this deal! Resort Equity Marketing will call you offering to pay you much more than you paid for your vacation rental . The only catch is that you have to pay the company money upfront to "pay for the marketing." Unfortunately, that is the last time you will hear from them and the last time you will see your money.
