I placed an order with them on 11/29 and still haven't received my item as of 12/23. They sent me an email saying it was sent via USPS (though it should have been UPS) and they promptly charged my American Express card. I have sent multiple emails and still no answer. I also tried calling and was put on hold for a long time. No one should ever use this company!!! EVER! read full review »
