on dec.21 i was diagnosed, by the family health care of long beach, with an ear infection. unfortunately the medication prescribed does not exist in the formula requested. the pharmacy faxed the clinic for a correction at about 1:30 pm. by then, the prescribing physician, who is only a part timer, was gone. but apparently it didn´t matter because the fax was lost. when the corrections were not made, as i waited at the pharmacy, a second fax was sent. while i went home to wait for a call. this fax was apparently lost also, as i still did... read full review »
