Fed Ex Sucks. I've been forced to use them 5 times in the last 3 years or so, and every.single.time they screw up my delivery. They delivered an iPod to my neighbor's once, they lost a package once, and now for the second time I've had a "Delivery Exception" which means someone basically said fuck it, and took my package back to the warehouse/sorting facility.
