I purchased 3 perfumes from fragranceshop.com, and 2 of them were not authentic. In fact, they aren't even close to the original scents. The other two were fine. I contacted them about returning these items (they have "Guaranteed Authentic or your money back" at the top of their home page), and I was informed that I would have to pay to ship it back to them, and then pay again for them to send out a new item. When I questioned how they can prove its authenticity, the response was, everyone loves this item, and we've never had complaints.
