Order placed on 7/3 for who else but my mother-n-law (Real Important). Delivery was scheduled to be on 7/5. No delivery. Call was made Saturday night response was that they personally would call the shop and call me back on 7/6. NO CALL. I called twice on Monday morning and spoke with their RESEARCH team what a joke. Stacy promised me bigger flowers and apology note to my mother-n-law and 25% discount, also a promise to have flowers delivered by 3pm that day. 5:30 pm that day no flowers and no call.
