I opened a business this year and registered with my state agencies, of course ALL of the banks and other guys looking to get me to give them MY business are sending me all kinds of postal mail - SO MUCH JUNK MAIL that i decided to do something about it. I called Capitol One and told the operator who answered to take me off the list - she wanted to play a game and just gave me the runaround NEVER ONCE did she acknowledge when I told her that it was my right to be able to call and request removal. they are still sending me junk... read full review »
