Once I went into WM to get toe-nail clippers. The Asian lady sent me to another deptment. I don't think she understood English. I finally found someone who spoke English, she showed me where all the clippers were. As I was leaving the store, another customer was complaining to the lady at the door about her bad experiences for that day. Another time I went in to get a baby shower gift card.
