This is my third time trying to make an appointment to get the oil changed in my new truck. No one will answer the phone it goes to the voice mail where they promise to call you right back. my first call was three weeks ago, still haven't heard from them. Today I started at 8:00am, I have left 4 messages it is now 3:30 and know one has called me and it is to late to make an appointment for today or tomorrow. read full review »
