Today, I went to the Bank of America to get a simple Cashier's Check. I was assisted by Ann Marie Winston, the Banking Center Manager. Their service was unacceptable. After getting to the window, I had to wait an additional hour, due to apparent "printer" problems. The Bank has a glamorous marketing appeal, but when you get to an actual bank, you are quite disappointed. Inside, you find used, out dated equipment.
