i have never had a worst experience doing online than this. I have given more personal and credit information than I had to in buying a flipping car! And i was STILL denied in giving my daughter money for christmas. This is beyond ridiculous. Aside from an agent who's accent was so deep, I couldn't even understand her when she spelled words out, the entire process, which includes an ignorant, jerk of a person named Frank, the sTupervisor, this is one to scratch up for complaint boards.
