We ordered one PJ pants on Dec 13 and received one email with a confirmation. We did not hear anything by Dec 23 and contacted the company. Only then did they tell us that the product was not available. They told us, rudely, that they did not know when they would get it. We started out by trying to be polite and ask why they failed to inform us.
