They installed a new ac unit for me 9-7-09 with a defective filter. They have been telling me ever since then that they will replace it, but they never show up when they say they will and now will not return my phone calls. They are also not responding to the Better Business Bureau. I also bought a service contract from them and told them I want to cancel it, and they will not return my money. read full review »
