Ordered 2 items from catalogue. Received 3 different items. Received letter confirming processing error but assured delivery in time for Christmas. Customer services were horrendous and totally out of touch. A manager told me nonsense - TWICE. Their 'guarantee' of quality service is a waste of paper. extremely disappointed. read full review »
