Maybe its just me, but after reading their shipping and FAQ pages I thought I might get my purchase in time for a wedding proposal, but that has to be moved to next year now because they apparently assume everyone who orders in december only needs their items by dec. 24 no matter how much you pay for shipping their processing seems to take a work week. The need to not mislead prospective customers with this notion that you can get items in listed sizes without a substantial delay, I should have just gone to Zales or Kay and I will from now on! read full review »
