These guys customer service is decent until after you get your order and find out that it is not correct. I ordered 2 cartons of gudang garam international and received only 1. I ordered on 11/20/09 and received on 12/5/09. I sent numerous emails over the past week and at first CCS say that they will check on it, but that was it. I think that once they get your money then they don't care about how your order comes out. Buyers BEWARE of this company! Indonesia is notorious for shady dealings over the internet.
