We purchased a Shih Tzu puppy from Shih Tzus by Burnwood. We picked up our puppy on February 14, 2004. Barbara told us that she would send the CKC papers to us in the mail. When we didn't receive the papers, we e-mailed and called the breeder many times. We never received a reply. In 2008, our Shih Tzu was diagnosed with two burst disks. The surgery cost us $3, 500.
