I have enough with AT&T. Not only they have such a bad service over all comparing with the other cellphone provider. I have to say, I'm only a visiting student and I could only have a prepaid service. I have used their pick your plan prepaid service in the past year. I have canceled the data plan about six months ago, not only once but three times. They confirmed with me that my debit card wouldn't be charged any longer but three months passed I was still charged with $ 20 every month for five months.
