The Simmons Palm Cove Queen mattress I received on 11-15-09 is sagging on both sides; I have rotated the mattress as instructed; I am the only sleeper, weigh only 125 pounds. When I rotate it the sagging sides are no longer returning to a firm surface. I paid $840 for this mattress and am very dissatisfied with the fact that it is no longer viable. Wake with back ache from no support. What recourse do I have? read full review »
