I brought my eleven year old son a rc truck for christmas. We followed the instructions to the letter. After the third tank of break in fuel the truck will not start. When we contact duratrax customer support they tell me to send in the truck and they will look at it. In the meantime my son has no christmas present no nothing to play with. I am well versed in rc engines and have had no problems with any others. Yet when I contact them they act as if i am stupid. I was warned not to buy from duratrax. And now I regret I did not listen to all the warnings. read full review »
