Over the last year I have tried to contact Sunncast several times, most recently today. After sending emails to two different email addresses, both were returned as undeliverable due to the user being over quota. How emblamatic is that. An Internet service provided who doesn't check his own email. Furthermore, the provided only accepts phone calls from 9-3, M-F, and then only to set an install date.
