I ordered 2 trial size items online and returned them the same way. When I did not receive my refund they 1st claimed they did not receive the return. Later they claimed they did find it. Then they said that they did not process the refund because the trial products were empty. I know this is NOT true. I know I did not return them empty for a fact! Yes, I had tried them. Then the girl says they were mostly empty. Each time I had to call and argue. Finally they said they would return the package back to me. But no refund. That was a month ago... read full review »
