I had submitted a full payment on a purchase online through the Bill Me Later program. I made the payment within the one year term in full and was told personally by the customer service agent that the enitre bill will be paid off with the submittiona of this payment a month ago. Weeks later I constantly recieved phone calls on my cell phone without leaving any messages, I never answer unknown phone numbers.
