I received an unauthorized charge on my credit card of 19.95. After a long dispute and research by my credit card company, apparently when I ordered books in June, I 'agreed' to the monthly charge. Since my eyes are fairly bad and i don't read much, I would never selected this option HAD I SEEN IT. Either way, after 4 months of 19.95 charges, I am at least finally out of the monthly charge. read full review »
