Recieved a Wal-Mart visa card non reloadable and have tried to use it 3 times but it was declined started off with 50.00 down to 41.00 and have never been able to use it. Went to the Wal-mart store to get help but got nothing. Called the 877-937-4098 and got nothing. Called the store back and talked to a customer service asso. and got nothing. Ask for a manager waited on the phone and they hug up on use so we still know nothing . Are they someone out there that knows how to get information on these cards.
