This company has started charging me excessive fees this past year. Just got charged a $195.00 fee on Christmas Eve for some sort of PCI fee. Although I did their online survey to be PCI compliant they are still charged the fee. And this is just one of many. Was charged a $125.00 fee not even 2 months ago for what I don't even know. When I called I spoke with someone who had no idea what he was doing. Crunching potato chips I could barely understand him VERY POOR customer service...
