This complaint is regarding download and activation of hello tune fraudulently by airtel customer care. On 26th dec at around 8:00 pm two sms arrived on my phone stating deduction of Rs.15 for downloading and Rs. 10 for 10 days subscription which took my balance to below Rs.-4.58. All this occurred without me even requesting any hello tune from customer care.
